Exchange and Return Policy

At Port 25, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, however we understand changes can happen. You can find the policy for Refunds and Returns below.

Returns

  1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective items, for returns strictly based on change of mind, the window is 2 days.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all Port 25 tags attached.
  3. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale.
  4. Process: To initiate a return, email info@port25jewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
  5. Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange

  1. Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective items, for exchange strictly based on change of mind, the window is 5 days.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all Port 25 tags attached.
  3. Value Adjustment:  If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be provided as a Port 25 Store Credit (valid for 6 months). We do not provide cash refunds for exchange price differences.
  4. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange. Custom-made or engraved items are also final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  5. Process: To initiate an exchange request, email info@port25jewellery.com with your order number, the new item with reason for exchange.
