- Governing Law: All transactions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if gold market rates fluctuate significantly.
- Age: You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to purchase.
- Product: All Port 25 jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations in polish, stone setting, and metal weight are characteristics of fine jewellery and do not constitute manufacturing defects. All weights are verified by the Bahrain Hallmark.
- Ownership: The ‘Port 25’ name, logo, and all jewellery designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Port 25 Jewellery (CR: 193242 -1). Unauthorized reproduction or ‘copying’ of designs is strictly prohibited.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a technical glitch or obvious pricing error. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
